We do not accept returns if the wrong color or size is ordered or due to buyer's remorse (except in Brazil). If a different color or size is desired, you will need to place a new order at your expense.
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us immediately. If your order is still "waiting to be fulfilled" it may be canceled. If your order has been produced and/or shipped, it may not be canceled.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the warehouse. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the warehouse and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
