FULFILLMENT
It takes 2–5 business days to create a product and fulfill an order.

SHIPPING
Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination. 7-14 business days is the standard shipping time for US orders.

DELIVERY
Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, it’s delivered to the address provided at checkout.

If your order has defects or you suspect it was damaged during manufacturing, please reach out to us immediately at (hi@evokecco.com) and we will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation. Please be prepared to provide photos of the item and the packaging it arrived in.
